Absolute perfection in this first photo backstage at Balmain -- two of my favorite models, Natasha Poly & Anja Rubik, posing backstage together in their amazing Balmain ensembles.
A lot of sequins and metallics for Balmain's F/W 2011 collection shown during Paris Fashion Week. Paris Fashion Week could possibly be my absolute favorite with all the big name designers, it is like the final stretch for the F/W season! But I can not think of a model other than Anja Rubik, who can make these Balmain looks look more rocker-chic with a feminine twist. Anja + Balmain = Perfection. The two metallic long sleeve minidress looks that she wore for this show are nothing less than amazing - such beautiful detailing and paired with those fabulous lace up (almost figure skating-like) white boots. I think I am in love with the two dresses, especially when I noticed that the dresses had pockets. A definite plus for any dresses that I buy are ones with the pockets, whoever came up with the idea is a genius!

I'm a huge fan of Balmain and i always love the structure of their jackets. It was a fancy collection with gourgeus pieces.

I'm dying over that dress! Balmain never fails to please
Those dresses are gorgeous!
This is one of my favorite collections! Love Balmain.
I found this season the least wearable of all Balmain collections. Its over dressy I think...
I usually don't like Balmain because of the shine and sparkle, I prefer more understated clothes. This collection was much better though, there were a lot of items I really liked, even though the sequin dresses were still in your face.
Natasha Poly always looks amazing
