Please forgive me for this set of not-so-great iPhone quality photos.
I admit, after seeing these photos taken, the photos did not look as great as I had hoped and no other pictures besides the main course was taken. I only realized afterwards, when we had demolished our appetizers, that I did not get a chance to take a quick photo of what we ate and I know that empty food plate photos are definitely not appealing at all (that is, of course, in my own personal opinion, but do you not agree?). I have not had a steak dinner in awhile, so this meal was a nice change. From my experience of the few steak dinners I have had so far in Montreal, I have never once been unsatisfied. I do not know what it is, but Montreal chefs know how to cook a steak to perfection. Maybe I have just been lucky so far with the steak dinners that I have had, or maybe my theory is right, that Montreal chefs are amazing steak grillers! About that very pink piece of prime rib, that was not mine and I do not think I can ever eat meat that is still that color.

oh yummy! And rare to medium rare is the way to go. :D If my steak did not look like that, I'd send it back to the chef and demand a bloodied one, haha.
It's 9.30am in Australia at the moment and already I'm wanting dinner....
