Noot Seear -- Summer Cool.

The completely effortless-casual looks in Foam magazine's spring/summer 2011 issue are just the inspiration I need.

Noot Seear has a California-cool vibe with these outfits and photos. That flow-y black button-up short sleeve dress in the first photo is ridiculously perfect and what I absolutely need for my summer wardrobe. I also can not stop obsessing over how much I love Noot's tousled beach-wavy hair and the amazing jewelry selection for this photo shoot. I am definitely inspired to search for the perfect light washed jean button-up shirt similar to the one that Noot Seear is wearing.
