The outfits that Anja Rubik are wearing in this Fall 2011 campaign for Tufi Duek are just the right amount of edge and class. Although I am at a place and season where the thought of fall seems a million miles away, the ankle zip-up wedges are ridiculously drool-worthy and perfectly complement all of these well-tailored pieces by Tufi Duek which are in the most exquisit neutral color palette. I am definitely inspired to eliminate all patterned pieces in my closet and to substitue it with a wardrobe overflowing with clean-cut solid color blouses, trousers, dresses, skirts, etc, etc.

On another note, I think it is finally safe to say that the warm spring/summer weather has arrived and I am absolutely trying to enjoy this relatively short, but pleasant, weather as much as I can. I spent a blissful Monday afternoon at a nearby cafe comfortably seated on the terrace basking in the sun, while reading an intriguing yet suspenseful novel, which I have miraculously refrained from reading the past few months. I did not expect to be so completely engrossed in the story and neglect my surroundings, which could explain my current lopsided tan where one arm is noticeably darker than the other due to the direction I was situated towards the sun. At least I have the rest of the week to fix this minor issue!
