New Favorite on St. Denis.

While wandering aimlessly up and down St. Denis trying to decide on a restaurant for supper, I was lucky enough to finally stumble across a restaurant which caught my attention (as well as my appetite!) called Zero8.

The evening meal started with a few refreshing cocktails, which thankfully quenched my thirst. After walking back and forth on St. Denis in the pleasantly warm weather and being completely indecisive on a restaurant, these cocktails were definitely in order. The Rose Mojito could not be more fresh and delicious, as well as the Zero8 cocktail creation called Sex on St. Denis was simply sweet. I think we ended up spending a good 2-3 hours at the restaurant pleasantly chit-chatting in the laid back and cool atmosphere, as well as devouring the well-prepared meals. I simply can not describe how tender the beef was from the Roast beef au jus dish which I ordered. The portions were manageable so that I was able to also order something off of the dessert menu to satisfy my sweet tooth craving. I did not to take a photo of the dessert or remember the name of it, but I could not have asked for a better way to end the meal. After hearing that there was coconut in this specific dessert, I was sold. Overall, I could not ask for a more pleasant dining experience and the staff there could not be more accommodating and friendly. A new favorite restaurant of mine in Montreal in which I look forward to visiting again real soon? Most definitely!
